30-Day In-Home Audition Period

We offer a 30-day in-home audition period from the date of delivery. This allows you to properly evaluate our products in your own listening environment.

Why a 30-day audition?

  • Our products are designed to be evaluated in your actual room and system.
  • We screen customers before shipment to ensure a good fit for your setup.
  • This trial period replaces the need for traditional reviews, allowing you to make the most informed decision.

What This Means

If you're not satisfied after your 30-day audition period, you may:

  • Request a full refund, or
  • Arrange an exchange for a different product

To initiate a return, contact us at info@devinaudio.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number. If things fall outside the period we will do our best to accommodate.

Conditions for Returns

Acceptable Returns

  • Products in good working condition
  • Minor cosmetic wear from normal use in a home environment is acceptable
  • All original packaging, manuals, and accessories included

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to misuse, abuse, or accidents caused by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery date
  • Products with major cosmetic damage or signs of modification

Shipping Costs

  • We cover return shipping both ways during the 30-day audition period, with no restocking fees on speaker and amplifier products. This does not include stands, therefore we recommend trying the speaker first!
  • You arrange the return shipment; we will provide prepaid return label or instructions

Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days with your order number and reason for return
  2. Ship the product back using the return label or method we provide
  3. We inspect the returned item upon receipt
  4. Refund issued to your original payment method within 15 business days of inspection

Defective Products

If your product fails due to manufacturing defect or component failure during normal use:

  • We provide in-house repair or replacement at no charge for 5 years
  • Shipping costs covered
  • No need to return during the 30-day audition—contact us to schedule service

This reflects our commitment to quality and long-term support.

Warranty

All speaker products come with a 5-year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Turntables have a 1 year manufacturer's warranty This warranty is separate from the 30-day audition period and covers repair or replacement of defective components.
