All orders ship only to Canadian addresses.
For US order please contact us at info@devineaudio.com
We offer two shipping options at checkout: Regular Parcel (standard) and Xpresspost (faster delivery with guaranteed timelines).
2. Order Processing Timeline
Processing (Before Shipment):
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days of purchase
- There is 4 weeks of lead-time for all speaker products and stands
- During this time, we may contact you for pre-purchase screening to confirm:
- Your audio setup and amplifier type
- Room characteristics and listening environment
- Product expectations and fit for your needs
- This screening ensures product compatibility and helps reduce unnecessary returns
Why the screening matters: It allows us to keep costs low by reducing returns and ensures you receive the right product for your situation.
